Does it get dirty easily or require special care?

No special care is needed; if it gets dirty, simply wipe it with a damp cloth.

Will the actual colour be exactly the same as in the photo? Will I receive the exact product I see online?

Yes. Our photos are unedited. Please bear in mind that colour tones may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Is it durable enough for daily use?

Yes—the fabric is thick and holds up well under weight.

I’m not sure if the size will suit me

Check the product information. We provide a photo with exact measurements and a real-life shot of Belén wearing the bag.

I’m worried the fabric might look cheap

Not at all. I understand your concern—I had the same when I switched from animal leather. In the past, faux-leather fabrics were often poor quality. The materials we use now are made with cutting-edge technology and offer exceptional finish and feel.

Will there be discounts or promotions if I wait to buy later?

We don’t run seasonal sales, though we occasionally offer special launch promotions.

Does the price include VAT, or are there hidden costs?

The price shown includes VAT. There are no hidden fees.

What happens if my bag arrives defective?

In that unlikely case, we’ll replace it free of charge or refund the full amount paid, including shipping.

Can I return the product once it’s been delivered?

Yes—you have 30 days to return it. Return shipping is on us: we’ll arrange a courier to collect it from your address.

Is the protective pouch actually useful or merely decorative?

It’s a protective cover designed to keep your bag safe when you’re not using it.

DELIVERY

Which courier services do you use?

  • Nacex: for most items. They’ll notify you before delivery and offer alternative pick-up points.
  • Correos: for small items (e.g. our Piropo coin purse) or special shipments.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship from Mallorca and cover shipping costs to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For destinations outside Spain, please consult our shipping-cost table.

How long will delivery take?

You’ll receive your purchase within 3–6 working days.

Who pays shipping costs if I return an item?

We cover return shipping—just send it back within 30 days at no extra cost.
